Actually, he starves his cats too. (Just kidding) I'm sure he would never do this to animals.

No wonder he's a senator. It takes a lot of practice to get as good as Joe at behavior modification, and I just hope that whoever illegally got into his private e-mail will be sent to live in Galveston without food or water for at least a week...the scumbag.
